A free service from the NYU Stern Business school. Included are: The NYU Filing Retrieval Toolkit Page which has multiple search engines for different types of data look-ups. The NYU Stern Java EDGAR Interface which will allow you to retrieve data with a neat Java applet. The Edgar 10-K Search Tool is for searching annual reports. A List of Company Profiles on Edgar provides a limited selection of company profiles which are formatted much better than the SEC filing.
